A jury has dominated {that a} Kentucky Fried Hen franchisee should pay over $1.5 million to a former Delaware worker who mentioned she was demoted as a result of she needed to pump her breast milk.
The Information Journal experiences Autumn Lampkins was awarded $25,000 in compensatory damages and $1.5 million in punitive damages Friday.

A lawsuit says co-workers and supervisors at KFC and KFC/Taco Bell eating places made it so tough for Lampkins to pump throughout her shift that her milk provide dried up.
Paperwork present she was employed months after giving beginning in 2014 and was solely allowed to pump about as soon as throughout every 10-hour coaching shift. The lawsuit says she was demoted and struggled and associates complained she obtained “breaks” to pump breast milk.
